Our maintenance staff will evaluate your property using a comprehensive 175-point checklist every quarter. Using the latest mobile technology our maintenance staff will complete the checklist & upload photos immediately and store the information in your property database.

Periodic inspections of your property are essential in finding issues before they grow into problems. The complete property evaluation is available to you through the Owner Portal.

Are you concerned with the costs of allowing your tenants to have pets? Worried about disputes with tenants over their pet deposit? If so, you will love our pet protection plan. This great benefit is offered at no cost to you with all of our management plans. It reduces the risk to you as a property owner for damage caused by a pet on your rental property. As a subscriber to this plan, you can sleep well knowing that any pet-caused damages to your property will be covered up to $2,000 by Real Property Management Key Response.

HVAC Filter Assurance Program

We coordinate the delivery of HVAC filters right to your tenant’s front door.   This makes it super easy for the tenant to replace the filters at the right intervals saving you money on costly HVAC repairs. All filters are dated, so we know when they were replaced.


60-Day Risk-Free

We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles. If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied in the first 60 days, you can terminate your agreement. No questions asked. Just let us know in writing that you wish to terminate our services, and we will terminate the agreement with no further obligations to you. No hassle, argument, questions, or hard feelings.

Eviction Protection Plan

We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. With the Eviction Protection Plan, you pay a small monthly fee, and we pay the legal fees (amount determined by your property management team) related to unlawful detainer suits.

Tenant Replacement Protection

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away - leaving you with an empty property, no rent, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.
