Jeff Kingsbury was raised and has lived his entire life in the North Nashville area. Growing up in Hendersonville/Gallatin, he was always involved in home maintenance and repair. He had a deep passion for learning new skills, and by age 18, he took those skills to a new level. In the late 90s and early 2000s, he had a successful career in motorsports. Among the highlights was building a race car from the ground up without any prior experience- that set the fastest qualifying time on the first day on the track. Here, he learned the importance of details and problem-solving while maintaining efficiency, where small mistakes can mean the difference between success and failure.
After motorsports, he opened an event rental business. He managed special events for companies such as Nissan, Dave Ramsey, and the City of Nashville. Overseeing sub-contractors and resolving unexpected challenges of a large-scale event was part of the job description. His specialty was managing people from all walks of life and bringing them together. After 17 years in the event business, Jeff longed to find a new industry to put his problem-solving skills to work.
He was always passionate about real estate and saw an opportunity to help others solve rental property problems. In 2020, Jeff joined forces with Real Property Management.

The core of Jeff’s success has always been centered around responsiveness, attention to detail, and a cool head in difficult situations. Understanding clients’ needs and how to achieve their highest rate of return is paramount.

Tammy Kingsbury
Tammy was born and raised in Gallatin, Tennessee. Her father was a highly successful custom home builder. He worked on many country stars’ homes, such as Jonny Cash, Roy Orbison, and Ronnie Milsap, and restoration projects on Music Row.
Tammy grew up surrounded by construction, contractors, and real estate. She loved the construction industry and realized early on that she had a knack for accounting. While in high school, she started working for her father, doing office and bookkeeping duties. After graduation, she went to work as a part-time bookkeeper for her father and a full-time bookkeeper for a motorcycle/marine shop. She eventually started her own bookkeeping service for small businesses. She has managed many clients, from contractors to restaurants to real estate investors, with multiple residential and commercial rental units.
Over the years, Tammy felt that call back to real estate. Real Property Management became the right fit.
“Real estate and investment properties have always had a huge appeal to me. Growing up in the construction world seemed to instill a desire to be involved in the real estate arena in some capacity. Property management allows me to be in a field I love using the skills I have honed over the years.”
