60-Day Risk-Free
We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied in the first 60 days, you can terminate your agreement. No questions asked. Just let us know in writing that you wish to terminate our services, and we will terminate the agreement with no further obligations to you. No hassle, argument, questions, or hard feelings.
Pet Protection
If pet-related wear or impacts exceed the tenant’s security deposit, we will pay up to $1,000 above the security deposit toward the cost of repairs needed to restore the property. This helps cover additional cleaning, repairs, or restoration caused by pets, providing owners with added support in maintaining their property’s condition. Applicable only for tenants/pets we place in the home.
Eviction Protection
If an eviction becomes necessary, we will pay the costs associated with the eviction process, including legal filing fees, court costs, attorney fees, and required court appearances ( up to $1,000). *Applicable only for tenants we place.
Free Tenant Replacement Program
If a tenant breaks their lease or is unable to fulfill the terms of the lease within the first 12 months, we will secure and place a replacement tenant at no additional leasing cost. This helps minimize disruption and ensures your property is re-leased quickly without additional leasing fees.
